Jessica Rogers, M.S., BCBA: Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She has been the Clinical Director since March 2008. |

Kathy Hsieh: Kathy started as a behavioral technician in May 2007. Since then she has worked her way up and has been promoted to Room Supervisor in January 2009. She received her Bachelors in Psychology and Music from Albion College. |

Elizabeth Rinke:
Liz has worked at EIC since June 2008 as a Behavioral Technician. She was promoted to Room Supervisor in March 2010. She has a BA in Education from Western Michigan University. She completed 3 years of course work with a major of Psychology with ABA as focus before switching her major to Education. She has completed a practicum at a public school in an ECDD classroom implementing 1-on-1 ABA with children with an ASD. |

Nicole Horn:
Nicky has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since May 2009. She was promoted to Assistant Room Supervisor in April 2010. She has a degree from Western Michigan University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Social Psychology. She has had 2 years previous experience working 1-on-1 with children with autism at Croyden Avenue Public Schools. |

Teresa Turner: Teresa has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since January 2008. She has a BA in Psychology from Oakland University. She also has completed a 5 month internship in 1-on-1 ABA at Beaumont in their CARE program in 2005. She is currently working on a Masters Degree in clinical psychology at the Michigan School of professional psychology. |

She completed a practicum at a public school in an ECDD classroom implementing 1-on-1 ABA with children with an ASD. She is currently working on a Masters Degree in Social work at Wayne State University. |

Rebecca Clemens: Rebecca has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since May 2009. She went to Cornell University in New York for a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology. Her past experience includes being a head Kindergarten teacher for a year, and has worked in pediatric research at Children’s Hospital of Micigan. |

Ricardo Rodriguez: Rick has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since June 2009. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University with an emphasis in behavior analysis. He spent 2 semesters tutoring 1-on-1 at Croyden Avenue Public Schools in an ECDD classroom. |

Kelly Carroll: Kelly has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since July 2009. She has a BBA in Human Resource Management and a BS in Psychology from Western Michigan University. She spent 4 months at Croyden Avenue School working 1-on-1 with students diagnosed with autism. |

Stacy Anderson: Stacy has been with the EIC working as a Behavioral Technician since November 2009. She has a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan. She worked as a paraprofessional in the Macomb International School District since November of 2008. She is also in the process of obtaining her Masters Degree in Social Work. |

Amanda McNamara: Amanda has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since November 2009. She has a Bachelor in Science in Speech and Language Impairment; she also has a Minor in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. She has worked as a substitute teacher in the Burger School for Students with Autism. |

Connie Combs: Connie has worked as a Behavioral Technician since April of 2010. She studied at Texas Woman’s University in Denton Texas for Special Education. She also studied at Harding University in Searcy Arkansas for Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She worked as an ABA Facilitator in Winston-Salem North Carolina for a year and was a lead teacher for Pre-K and special education for 2 years. |

Haley Sztykiel: Haley has worked at the EIC as a Behavioral Technician since May of 2010. She has a Psychology degree from Albion College with a concentration in Human Services. She worked as a direct care worker at the Judson Center Autism Program for 2 summers. She is currently taking courses at U of M for Social Work. |

Krystal Gaudet: Krystal has been with the EIC as a Behavioral Technician since May of 2010. She has a major in Psychology with a minor in communications from Western Michigan University. She worked one on one with preschool aged children with autism for a year at Croyden Avenue School in Kalamazoo. |
